Information you give us
When you send a quote request, the form collects what you type: name, phone number, and optionally email, ZIP code, the kind of project, and details about the floor. It also records the page you sent it from and the page that referred you to the site, so a request can be traced to where it started.
Phone calls and call tracking
The phone number on this site is a tracking number provided by CallRail. Calls to it may be recorded, and the call's number, time, and length are logged. A CallRail script on each page sets a cookie that connects a visit to a later call or form request, so we can tell which pages lead to inquiries. You can block or clear cookies in your browser; the site still works.
How it is used
- To route your request to one local installer who can contact you about it.
- To follow up with you about that request by phone or email.
- To understand which pages are useful, in aggregate.
It is not used for marketing lists, and it is not sold.
Who receives it
- The one installer your request is routed to.
- Service providers that run the site and the phone line — website hosting and CallRail — only to provide those services.
- Anyone the law requires us to share it with.
Once an installer has your details, their own privacy practices apply to what they do with them.
How long it is kept
Request details and call records are kept as long as they are useful for following up and for the business's records, then deleted. Ask, and we will delete yours sooner.
Children
The site is meant for adults arranging work on their property and does not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated date at the top of the page changes with it.
